Humor – as stress management
Stress has become a common disease and it is no joke. But humor, on the other hand, can be a good tool when you want to avoid the hassle of everyday stress. Karen-Marie Lillelund illustrates how to use humor to lower your stress level in everyday life.
Humor is not a miracle drug and if you go down with stress, other methods must be in play. But humor is the world's best prevention tool. And if you exercise your sense of humor while everyday life is peaceful, then the humor will be there too when you are under pressure.
One man once said to Karen-Marie: "You are not really comfortable with taking your good mood to work. You do not know if you will be able to bring it back home again” The answer to him and many others is that with a little practice and attention you can find humor both at work and on the way there and maybe even get a better mood at home.
